Hi Guys,

So sorry I haven't posted anything for some time now. Again, I havent cooked much, except really quick meals and nothing too spectacular to share with everyone. Been really busy. Had quite a bit of relaxing 'me' time so not much cooking and cleaning these few days. I will be baking a birthday cake for Rosinha this weekend, so I will definitely post the recipe and pictures. And maybe cook fried noodles etc. Depending how much time I have, but the cake is a definite thing.

Hope everyone had a good weekend. I certainly did (with my truffle honey, blue cheese and wine).
